BRAND AND NOON YOGURT MUFFINS

Ingredients
- 1 cup Noon plain yogurt (250 ml)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (5 ml)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (190 ml)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oil (125 ml)
- 3/4 cup dried raisins (190 ml)
- 1 cup bran (250 ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (5 ml)
- 1 cup flour (250 ml)
- 2 teaspoon baking powder (10 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1 ml)
Preparation
1- Put yogurt and bran in a bowl. Put aside.
2- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, egg, oil and add bran and yogurt.
3- Sift dry ingredients and add in brown sugar mix, alternating with the yogurt.
4- Add dried raisons and place in a 12-muffin mold.
5- Cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 F (180 C) at the center of the oven.
