Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml.) Noon plain yogurt 2%
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml.) extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 4 pitted Kalamata olives
- ΒΌ cup (60 ml.) chopped English cucumber
- 1 sprig fresh oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml.) of lemon juice (optional)
Preparation
1- Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
2- Chop the Kalamata olives.
3- Tear the oregano leaves.
4- Mix all of the ingredients and serve cold. For a smooth texture, blend the ingredients in a food processor.
5- Right before serving, add the lemon juice.
6- Enjoy!
