GREEK DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml.) Noon plain yogurt 2%
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml.) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 pitted Kalamata olives
  • ΒΌ cup (60 ml.) chopped English cucumber
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml.) of lemon juice (optional)

Preparation

1- Quarter the cherry tomatoes.

2- Chop the Kalamata olives.

3- Tear the oregano leaves.

4- Mix all of the ingredients and serve cold. For a smooth texture, blend the ingredients in a food processor.

5- Right before serving, add the lemon juice.

6- Enjoy!
