When conflict reshaped the country in 2023, uncertainty pushed many away, and businesses and capital chose distance over presence. We chose a different path. Families struggled to access basic essentials like milk and yogurt—they became out of reach for many. We saw not just a market gap but a responsibility to our people and an opportunity to restore trust through local production. We could have stayed where it was safe—but we chose not to. Instead of stepping away, we returned with purpose, bringing knowledge and resources from overseas back home. We chose to act—not by trading, but by building—bringing part of our operations back home to support local supply, restore stability, and invest where it matters most.
