Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup wheat flour (300 ml)
- 1 cup oatmeal (250 ml)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda (5 ml)
- 1 cup Noon Greek Yogurt Vanilla 2% (250 ml)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (60 ml)
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries (175 ml)
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon (3 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (2 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (2 ml)
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds(5 ml)
Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180 C). In a bowl, mix wheat flour, oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and spices.
2- In another bowl, beat the egg and add the yogurt and brown sugar. Mix well and add blueberries. Mix with dry ingredients.
3- Oil a cookie plate and make 9 balls with the mixture. Use a spoon to flatten the balls. Cook 10 to 15 min.
4- Put a spoonful of vanilla yogurt on each cookie.
